11. Discussion and possible board vote to approve sick leave payout for Lisa Saxon in the amount of $1550.00 which includes costs.

14. Discussion and possible board vote for the appointment of Samanthia S. Marshall, as Chief Negotiator, and Paula Haueter, Kelly Grossman, Mark McVay, and one board member to be named as members of the District's negotiating team to represent the Board of Education in the 2021-2022 negotiations with the Association of Catoosa Classroom Teachers.
15. Discussion and possible board vote to authorize or not to authorize the school district's attorney, in consultation with the Superintendent of Schools, to initiate legal action against the Oklahoma State Board of Education ("Board") to address the equalization of funding as set forth in the Board's Resolution approved at the Board's special meeting on March 25, 2021.
