Presently you are not Signed In. Don't know how to tell if you're Signed In or not? Look at the top-left of the page. If you are Signed In then you should see your name there, and maybe even your picture. If you are not Signed In you will see a link that says 'Sign In!'.
To Sign In simply click the link at the top-left of the page that says 'Sign In!'.
To Sign Out, click your name in the top-left corner of the page. A drop-down menu will appear, and at the bottom there will be an option entitled 'Sign Out' that you should click. Please remember to save all your information before Singing Out!
Always remember to Sign Out if you are on someone else's computer.
When you are Signed In, at the top-left of the page you will see your name displayed (and perhaps even your picture). To the right of that you will see the Organization you are currently accessing. This displayed Organization will be a drop-down if your User has been tied to multiple Organizations, and you can switch between them by simply selecting the Organization that you do want to access from the drop-down that is to the right of your name. Please remember to save all your information before switching Organizations!
To access your Account Information, click your name in the top-left corner of the page, then select 'Account Information'. You will be able to change your Password, User Name, Email Address, and other Account Information. You can also upload a new picture of yourself.
Click the magnifying glass icon  in the OSSBA Menu Bar to perform a site search.
Click (or touch) the question mark icon  in the OSSBA Menu Bar to access the Help menu. From there, select the appropriate video  or help topic .
Hover over (or touch) the question mark icon  in the OSSBA Menu Bar to access the Help menu. From there, select the link to Contact OSSBA.
Hover over (or touch) the grid icon  in the OSSBA Menu Bar to access the Applications menu, then select the Application you want to access. You will be redirected to the selected Application and your current User and Organization information will be retained.
