Board President, James Foreman, to propose Executive Session, pursuant to Oklahoma Statute Title 25 § 307 B (1) and (7), followed by a vote to convene into Executive Session:

The Board President to declare the Executive Session complete, acknowledge the Board’s return to open session, and provide the Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement as to who was present in the Executive Session, item discussed, note that no other business was discussed and that no action was taken while in Executive Session.
