Five-minute opening statement by Dawn Marie Stubblefield/Designee, along with the presentation of her written evidence, comments, and witnesses (if any) as to why termination is inappropriate; followed by questions from the Board of Education and/or administration (if any).

Closing statements

Board President, James Foreman, to propose Executive Session, pursuant to Oklahoma Statute Title 25 § 307 B(1) to discuss non-renewal or termination of Marie Dawn Stubblefield and to deliberate possible Findings of Fact; followed by a vote to convene into Executive Session.

Board President, James Foreman, to declare the Executive Session complete, followed by a vote to acknowledge the Board's return to Open Session and the meeting being reopened to the public.

Board President, James Foreman, to provide Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement as to who was present in Executive Session, items discussed, note that no other business was discussed and that no action was taken while in Executive Session.
