Call the meeting to order, establish a quorum [roll call] & state compliance with the Open Meeting Act.

Proposed executive session for the purpose of the following items, followed by a vote to convene into Executive Session:

Mr. Steve Oliver, Board President, to declare the Executive Session complete, followed by a vote to reopen the meeting to the public.

Mr. Steve Oliver, Board President, to declare the Executive Session Compliance Announcement as to who was present in the Executive Session, items discussed, note that no other business was discussed, and that no action was taken while in Executive Session.

Motion, discussion, and vote to authorize and direct the school district’s attorneys to take action on the CWA Group, PLLC claim consistent with the discussion in executive session.

Discussion and vote authorizing the School District's attorneys to proceed with the investigation as discussed in Executive Session.
