III.A. Discussion of HVAC replacement and Bond Projects with Scott Chasteen, AIA, NCARB Principal Architect Principle Design, LLC and Rick Scott Construction.

IV. PUBLIC COMMENT:

• Must be limited to items not listed on the agenda
• Limited to four minutes per item
• Board's role is to listen and not discuss item
• Personnel issues cannot be discussed (nor individuals names)
• Board is not able to take action at this meeting
• Time for all delegations limited to 30 minutes
• Superintendent must be notified prior to meeting

V. CONSENT AGENDA
All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. VII.A. Board discussion and possible vote to approve district paid teacher retirement for the principals.

VII.B. Board discussion and possible vote to approve a high school administrative assistant and stipend.

VII.C. Board discussion and possible vote to approve Jr High/High School principal salary.

VII.D. Possible board discussion and vote on approving the temporary appropriations for the 2024-25 school year.

VII.E. Board discussion and possible vote to approve the School District ILC Participation Agreement with the Osage County Interlocal Cooperative.
