III.A. Update from Paula and Elijah Martinez about the new wrestling program.

IV. PUBLIC COMMENT:

• Must be limited to items not on the agenda 
• Must state name and address
• Limited to four minutes per item
• Board’s role is to listen and not discuss item 
• Personnel issues cannot be discussed (Nor individuals names)
• Board is not able to take action at this meeting.
• Time for all delegations limited to 30 minutes 
• Superintendent must be notified prior to meeting

All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items.  The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, and approval of the following items:

VI. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Possible board discussion and vote whether to convene into executive session pursuant to O.S. 25 § 307 (B1) (B2) to discuss:

* Ongoing superintendent evaluation
* Hiring an elementary teacher
* Hiring a middle school teacher
* Hiring an adjunct secondary science teacher
* Certified and support employee contracts
* Summer maintenance pay for teachers

VII.A. Board discussion and vote to approve hiring an elementary teacher.

VII.B. Board discussion and vote to approve hiring a middle school teacher.

VII.C. Board discussion and vote to approve hiring an adjunct teacher for high school Physical Science, Biology I and II, and Environmental Science.

VII.D. Board discussion and possible vote to approve the 2024-2025 certified teacher pay scale.

VII.E. Board discussion and vote to approve certified and support employee contracts for the 2024-2025 school year.

VII.H. Possible board discussion and vote on approving mathematics and science courses taught at Pioneer Technology Center by a certified teacher in the subject area when taken in the eleventh or twelfth grade for the 2024-25 school year.

VII.I. Possible board discussion and vote on approving an authorized representative for all district Federal Programs and District Purchasing Agent for the 2024-25 school year.

VII.J. Possible board discussion and vote on approving meals at the August 2024 OSSBA conference to exceed policy limits.

VII.K. Board discussion and vote to approve Policy DHAC, Electionic Communications with Students, limited to the following platforms:  Remind, SportsYou, Seesaw, School Messenger, GroupMe, Google Classroom, and Woodland School email.

VII.L. Board discussion and vote to approve the transition from the National School Lunch Program to a Provision 2 meal plan where all students will eat free.

VII.M. Board discussion and vote to approve providing breakfast and lunch for all employees (working breakfast and lunch) for the 2024-2025 school year.

VII.N. Board discussion and vote to approve summer maintenance pay for teachers.

VII.O. Board discussion and vote to approve the lowest bidder for the HVAC updates.
