• Board is not able to take action at this meeting.
• Time for all delegations limited to 30 minutes

VIII.A. Possible board discussion and vote on approving a substitute.

VIII.B. Possible board discussion and vote to approve a contract with Employee Evalution Systems, Inc (SEES OKTLE) in the amount of $1,305.00 to license the use of OKTLE and McRel for use in teacher and principal/leader evaluations for the 2025-2026 school year.

VIII.C. Possible board discussion and vote to accept an offer from OK Department of Transportation in the amount of $675.00 for Parcel 6 (0.09 acre) at the softball field.

VIII.D. Possible board discussion and vote to approve the 2025-2026 school calendar.

VIII.E. Possible board discussion and vote to approve the Girls High School Wrestling team to stay the night in Grove during regional competition on February 17th and in Oklahoma City for State competition date TBA.

VIII.F. Possible board discussion and vote to approve a contract with the Osage County Sheriff's Office for a School Resource Officer for the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year in the amount up to $12,264.90.
