• Board’s role is to listen and not discuss item 
• Personnel issues cannot be discussed (Nor individuals names)
• Board is not able to take action at this meeting.
• Time for all delegations limited to 30 minutes 
• Superintendent must be notified prior to meeting

V. CONSENT AGENDA
All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items.  The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, and approval of the following items:

Possible board discussion and vote whether to convene into executive session pursuant to O.S. 25 § 307 (B1) (B2) to discuss:

- Ongoing evaluation of the superintendent
- Alternative education student graduating a year early
- Adjunct certify Teddi McKinney and Lauren Graham
- Chad Tsotigh's plan time/extra duty pay
- Jr High/High School Principal Salary
- High School Administrative Assistant and Stipend
- 2024-2025 Certified Staff

VII.A. Board discussion and possible vote to approve the 2022-2023 audit by Bledsoe, Hewett, & Gullekson.

VII.B. Board discussion and possible action to vote to approve an alternative education student to graduate a year early.

VII.C. Board discussion and possible vote to approve to pay Chad Tsotigh for his plan time and extra duty stipend for Junior High Boy's track coach.

VII.D. Board discussion and possible vote to approve Shelly Doshier's (Jr High/High School Principal) salary for the 2024-2025 school year.
