2020 Annual School Election Resolution
Annual review of the district's Acceptable Use Policy and the current internet filters as outlined in Board Policy CE-A for continued compliance with the Children's Internet Protection Act of 2000.
Consider and take action to approve an out-of-state trip request for the National Junior Honor Society to travel to Washington DC need dates.
Conduct a public hearing on the District's proposed 2019-2020 General Fund, Building Fund and Co-Op Fund Budgets followed by a vote to approve said budgets.

Consider and take action, if necessary, on the date, time and place of the next regular board meeting, scheduled for November 19, 2019.
Proposed executive session to discuss the following items, followed by a vote to convene into Executive Session.

Recommendations for certified employment for 2019-2020, as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1):
  • Counselor, Ardmore Middle School
Recommendations for non-certified support employment for 2019-2020, as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1):
  • Cook/Cashier, Will Rogers Elementary
  • Two Lay Coaches (part time), Ardmore High School & Ardmore Middle School
Recommendations for addition to the Substitute Personnel Rosters, as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).
 
Board President to declare Executive Session complete followed by a motion and vote to acknowledge the Board's return to open session and the meeting being reopened to the public.
Board President to provide the Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement as to who was present in Executive Session, items discussed, note that no other business was discussed and that no action was taken while in Executive Session.
