H.2.a. Approval for Creek Elementary to accept a donation from Burlington Stores/Adopt a Classroom in the amount of $10,000.00.
H.2.b. Approval for Mustang Middle School to accept a donation of a LG Large Capacity Washer for their functional skills classroom. Value is $675.00.
H.2.c. Approval to accept the following donations from Donor's Choose/Limeades for Learning/ Sonic Program:
H.2.c.1. Joy Osborne, Lakehoma Reading Specialist, in the amount of $819.72 to purchase interactive materials for math and reading.

H.3.c. Approval to transfer funds from Mustang High School DARE Activity Account #809 to Mustang High School Activity Account #818 in the amount of $129.25.  Account #809 is no longer used.
H.3.d. Approval to transfer funds from MAC Choir Activity Account #960 to Meadow Brook Intermediate Choir Activity Account #880 in the amount of $409.99 and to Mustang Central Middle School Choir Activity Account #868 in the amount of $409.99 each.  Account #960 is no longer used.

H.4.a. Approval for Girls Scouts Troop 358 to use Horizon Intermediates's cafeteria on Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM during the 2019-2020 school year for their weekly Troop meetings beginning December 5, 2019.

H.5.a. Approval for Mustang High School Volleyball team to compete in the 6A State Volleyball Tournament on October 21-22, 2019 in Claremore, OK and Catoosa, OK.  Expenses will be paid by Athletics.
H.5.b. Approval for band students from the three (3) Mustang Middle Schools and sponsors to attend a band performance at Six Flags in Arlington, TX on May 1, 2020.  Expenses will be paid by the Band Activity Account #804.
H.5.c. Approval for Rebecca Reddish, Gina Garriott, and Elizabeth Shay to attend the Imagine More 2019 American Speech,-Language-Hearing Association Convention on November 21-23, 2019 in Orlando, Florida.  Expenses will be paid by Oklahoma State Department of Education Professional Development funds.
H.5.d. Approval for the Mustang High School Boys Basketball team to attend the Woodward Basketball tournament from December 12 - 14, 2019 in Woodward, OK.  Expenses will be paid by the Basketball Booster Club and Athletics.
H.5.e. Approval for Mustang High School Varsity Girls' Basketball team to attend the Plainview basketball tournament on December 5-7 , 2019 in Plainview, OK .  Expenses will be paid by the Basketball Booster Club and Athletics.

I.1. Discussion and possible Board approval of the substantial completion for Mustang High School Science Academy with GH2 Architect and Crossland Construction.
I.2. Discussion and possible Board approval of the substantial completion for Mustang Central Middle School with GH2 Architect and Crossland Construction.
I.3. Discussion and possible board approval for a contract with Schindler Elevator Corp. for preventive maintenance on the elevator at the Mustang Educational Resource Center in the amount of $2,263.56.  This contract will begin January 24, 2020 through June 30, 2020.
I.4. Discussion and possible board approval to lease/purchase six (6) buses from MIdwest Bus Sales.
