Contract Approvals/Renewals
Receive information and vote to approve an Out-of-State Student Trip Request for the AHS Drama Team [The ACT] to travel to Lincoln, Nebraska May 9-12, 2019 to compete in the NIETOC Drama National Championship Tournament.
Consider and take action to approve a request from the Shared Sick Leave Committee to allow a non-certified support staff member to receive an additional 13 days of sick leave that has been donated to him by staff members, as outlined in Section II, Paragraph C of Board Policy DA-CB-C, Shared Sick Leave for Non-Certified Support Staff.
Consider and take action to approve a request from the Shared Sick Leave Committee to allow a non-certified support staff member to receive an additional 3 days of sick leave that has been donated to her by staff members, as outlined in Section II, Paragraph C of Board Policy DA-CB-C, Shared Sick Leave for Non-Certified Support Staff.
Board to consider and take action on a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $3,780,000 General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds of the School District.
Consider and take action to select a Board member to serve as a representative on the Board's Negotiations Team with the Ardmore Education Association for FY20 negotiations.
Consider and take action to select a Board member to serve as a representative on the Board's Negotiations Team with the Ardmore Support Personnel Organization for FY20 negotiations.

Consider and take action, if necessary, on the date, time and place of the next regular board meeting, scheduled for April 16, 2019.

Additions to the Substitute Personnel Rosters for FY19, as authorized by 25 O.S. Sec 307(B)(1).
Board President to declare Executive Session complete followed by a motion and vote to acknowledge the Board's return to open session and the meeting being reopened to the public.
Board President to provide the Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement as to who was present in Executive Session, items discussed, note that no other business was discussed and that no action was taken while in Executive Session.
