Pledge of allegiance to the flag.
Call meeting to order and roll call.
Recognition of visitors.
Public Participation:  Five minute limit per individual with a thirty minute total limit set aside at the start of the meeting.  Only items on the agenda may be addressed.
Vote to accept or not to accept the minutes of the previous meetings.
Consent Agenda:
Activity Fund Reports.
Treasurer's Report.
FY 21 General Fund encumbrances as presented on the ledger.
FY 21 Building Fund encumbrances as presented on the ledger.
Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to setting the maturities, date, time and place of the bond sale.
Board to consider and take action of a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $615,000 Building Bonds of this School District and designating bond counsel for this issuance of bonds.
Vote to convene or not to convene in executive session to discuss any resignations and  the employment of a technology coordinator. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)
Vote to return or not to return to open session.
President's statement regarding executive session.
Vote to accept or not to accept any resignations.
Vote to hire or not to hire a technology coordinator.
