1. Call to order.

4. Vote on the minutes of the regular meeting held on July 11, 2023.

5. Vote on the agenda as part of the minutes and any new business that could not reasonably be foreseen 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

6. Vote on warrants and encumbrances: 2023-24 General Fund Encumbrance No. 288 to 502; 70001 to 70056; 70108 to 70145; Building Fund No. 9 to 12; and any change orders that apply to approved purchase orders.

11. Vote on new copier leases at Sayre Administration Offices and Burns Flat Cosmetology, Business Technology, and Academic Center Buildings.  

12. Vote to renew Starbase agreement for use of WTC Building 501 for 2023-24.

13. Vote on updates to the WTC Financial Aid Policy and Procedure Manual and Consumer Information for FY23-24.

14. Vote on the 2023-24 Practical Nursing Handbook revisions and updates.

15. Vote on interview committee's recommendation to hire a Maintenance/Custodian, Burns Flat Campus, for 2023-24 contingent upon satisfactory National Criminal History Records Search.

16.A. Update on recent Career Tech Summit Conference held August 1 and 2.

16.B. Update on roofing repairs at the campuses.
