IV. PUBLIC COMMENT:
  • Must be limited to items not on the agenda 
  • Must state name and address
  • Limited to four minutes per item
  • Board’s role is to listen and not discuss item 
  • Personnel issues cannot be discussed (Nor individuals names)
  • Board is not able to take action at this meeting.
  • Time for all delegations limited to 30 minutes 
  • Superintendent must be notified prior to meeting
V. CONSENT AGENDA
All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items.  The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, and approval of the following items:
V.A. Agenda as part of the minutes;
V.B. Minutes from the Regular Board Meeting on January 25, 2021, Special Board Meeting on February 2, 2021,  Special Board Meeting on February 9, 2021 and Special Board Meeting on February 16, 2021.
V.C. Treasurer's Report;
V.D. General Fund Encumbrances #222-235
VI. ACTION ITEMS
VI.A.  Possible board discussion and vote to approve E-rate contracts for Internal Connections, Basic Maintenance Manufacturing Support and Basic Maintenance Block of Time.
VI.B. Possible board discussion and vote to approve Dr. Gary W. Quinn, Interim Superintendent, to serve as a Board Member on the Osage County Interlocal Cooperative Board of Directors and represent Woodland School District.
VI.C. Possible board discussion and vote to approve OCIC membership for the 2021-2022 school year in the amount of $3,950.
VI.D. Possible board discussion and vote to approve the 2020-2021 Audit Contract and Engagement letter with Bledsoe, Hewett and Gullekson not to exceed $8,600.
VI.E. Possible board discussion and vote to limit Purchase Order authorization without board approval to a possible reduced defined limit
VI.F. Possible board discussion and vote to approve sponsorship of Prom for the 2020-21 school year.
