FY 21 General Fund encumbrances as presented on the ledger.
FY 21 Building Fund encumbrances as presented on the ledger.
Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk, for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to setting the maturities, date, time and place of the bond sale.
Board to consider and take action of a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $615,000 Building Bonds of this School District and designating bond counsel for this issuance of bonds.
 
Vote to approve or disapprove Resolution for Schools and Libraries Universal Service (E-Rate) for 2021-22.  This resolution authorizes filing of the Form 471 applications for funding year 2021-22 and the payment of the applicant's share upon approval of funding and receipt of services.
Vote to declare or not to declare the following items as surplus:  5 laptops, 1 PC, 4 chromecasts, 1 wireless access point, 4 smartboards and 43 chromebooks.
Vote to hire or not to hire Kerry John Patten, CPA as the district's auditor for FY 2020-2021.
Vote to amend or not to amend the FY 2020-2021 school calendar.
Discussion and vote to authorize or not to authorize the school district’s attorney, in consultation with the Superintendent of Schools, to initiate legal action against the Oklahoma State Board of Education (“Board”) to address the equalization of funding as set forth in the Board’s Resolution approved at the Board’s special meeting on March 25, 2021.
