Public Participation:  Five minute limit per individual with a thirty minute total limit set aside at the start of the meeting.  Only items on the agenda may be addressed.

Presentation of FY 23 audit by Kerry Patten with Patten & Odom, CPSs. PLLC, school auditor.

Board to consider acceptance and approval of the FY 23 audit as prepared and presented by Patten & Odom, CPAs, PLLC

Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to setting the maturities, date, time and place of the bond sale.

Board to consider and take action on a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $650,000 Building Bonds of this School District, and designating bond counsel for this issuance of bonds.

Board to consider approval of the FY 24 Textbook Committee as presented.

Board to consider declaring a Hobart 120 Quart Mixer as surplus to be sold in the most efficient way. and the following items as surplus for the ag department to sell during the Labor Auction:  Linde TIG Machine, Lincoln Weld Pak MIG welder, Miller Arc Welder, Lincoln Arc Welder, 2 - Miller 252 MIG Welders, Weld King Stick 160, Paul Hog Scales, and Titan 6 X 16 Stock Trailer. 

Board to consider and take action on the following policies:  EHBDBA  & EHBDBA-E Parent Participation in the School District. 

Superintendent's review of Board's Continuing Education Points.
