Public Participation:  Five minute limit per individual with a thirty minute total limit set aside at the start of the meeting.  Only items on the agenda may be addressed.

Board to review, consider and approve or reject the lowest and best bids received by the Construction Manager for the Bernita Hughes Elementary construction project.  If and upon Board approval of bids as received, notify and release the Construction Manager to begin the contracting of approved bidders for construction of the project.

Proposed executive session to discuss the employment of Mark Lippe, Superintendent, the employment of Courtney Schulze as an adjunct middle school social studies teacher. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)

Board to consider returning to open session.

President's statement regarding executive session.

Board to consider to amend or not to amend Superintendent Mark Lippe's contract.

Board to consider hiring Courtney Schulze as an adjunct middle school social studies teacher.

Board to consider assigning Gaylene Ratcliff as mentor teacher for Courtney Schulze.
