1. Call to order.

4. Vote on the minutes of the regular meeting held on October 10, 2023.

5. Vote on the agenda as part of the minutes and any new business that could not reasonably be foreseen 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

6. Vote on warrants and encumbrances: 2023-24 General Fund Encumbrance No. 697 to 752; 70198 to 70207; Building Fund No. 17 to 18; and any change orders that apply to approved purchase orders.

11. Vote on Schedule of Regular Board Meetings for calendar year 2024.

12. Vote on an out-of-state travel request for Bill Helton, Sayre Cosmetology Instructor, to attend the National State Boards of Cosmetology (NIC) Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

13. Vote on interview committee's recommendation to hire a Computer Technician, Burns Flat Campus, effective December 1, 2023, contingent upon satisfactory National Criminal History Records Search.

14. Vote on interview committee's recommendation to hire a Dental Administrative Assistant-Weatherford Campus, effective November 27, 2023, contingent upon satisfactory National Criminal History Records Search.

15. Vote to approve an amended salary schedule for Information Technology staff for 2023-24.
