FY 24-25 - Child Nutrition change order.

VIII.B. Vote to approve a resolution calling for election on February 11th, 2025 and the second election, if needed, on April 1st, 2025, to elect a board member for position five.

VIII.C. Vote to publish the legal notice with the annual election filing period and to notify the County Election Board by resolution of the election and the legal notice and post the press release.

VIII.D. Review and vote to establish transfer capacity for each grade level.

VIII.E. Vote to approve the following extra duty contracts:
McKenzy Heath- NHS Sponsor $500
David Smith- Elementary & JH Assistant Football Coach $2,500
Sean Weibling- Substitute bus driver at $40 per route

VIII.F. Vote on the 1st grade classroom fundraisers and the additional FCCLA fundraisers for the 2024-2025 school year as listed on the fundraiser request forms.

IX. Proposed Executive Session for the purpose of conducting the Superintendent's evaluation. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1) and to discuss educational records of a minor student whereby disclosure of any additional information would violate FERPA.  25 O.S. Section 307(B)(7).

X. Vote to convene in Executive Session.

XI. Vote to acknowledge that the board has returned to open session.
