Discussion and possible board action to approve minutes of the regular meeting held on February 11th, 2025 and the minutes of a special meeting held on February 11th, 2025.

5.b. Discussion and possible action to approve the District's Capacity of students in each grade at each school site as presented.

5.c. Discussion and possible action to approve the following contracts/agreements for FY'25: (a) Bledsoe, Hewett, & Gullekson Certified Public Accountants, PLLLP Contract for Financial Audit of Bethany Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year, (b) Swat Inflatables Contract , (c) Candid Color Photography for Prom, (d) MOU with Oklahoma Christian University from February 2024 until December 2026.
