The following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of them.

3.a. Approve the Minutes of the January 13, 2026 Board Meeting. 

3.b. Discussion and possible action to approve the following contracts/agreements for FY'25: (a) Main Event 8th Grade Field Trip

3.c. Discussion and possible action to approve the following out-of-town/out-of-state/overnight trips: (a) HS Girls Basketball Playoffs, (b) HS Boys Basketball Playoffs (c) Kirkpatrick Communications Conference 

3.d. Approve the additions to the following Activity Fund accounts: (1) Golf (813).

3.e. Approve the Financial Fund Reports

4. Approve the General Fund Non-Payroll Encumbrances for FY 26 # 409-429 ($17,026.36), the FY 26 Change Orders for General Fund ($14,411.89), and the General Fund Payroll # 70000-70616 ($13,445,528.00).

7. Proposed Executive Session to discuss the employment, and/or resignation of an employee as listed in Addendums A, B, C as authorized by 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(1).

"Let the record reflect that the Board voted to enter into executive session at 7:10 PM and exited executive session at  7:33 PM. The board discussed only agenda item number 7. No votes or action were taken. "

8. Discussion and possible board action on the employment of employees in Addendum A as authorized by 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(1) for the 2025/2026 school year. 

9. Discussion and possible board action on the resignation and retirement of employees in Addendum B as authorized by 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(1) for the 2026/2027 school year. 

10. Discussion and possible board action on the resignation of employees in Addendum C as authorized by 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(1) for the 2025/2026 school year.
