The following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of them.

6.a. Approve the Minutes of the November 11th, 2025 Board Meeting. 

6.b. Approve the minutes of the December 8th, 2025 Special Board Meeting. 

6.c. Discussion and possible action to approve the following contracts/agreements for FY'25: (a) Children's Center Contract, (b) Contract for Together Fundraising, Inc.

6.d. Discussion and possible action to approve the following out-of-town/out-of-state/overnight trips: (a) Thespian Festival, Sands Spring OK, Jan. 30-31 2026
(b) Football Coaches Clinic 

6.e. Approve the additions to the following Activity Fund accounts: (1) Baseball (805), (2) Class of 2029 (908), (3) Middle School Student Store (962).

6.f. Approve the Financial Fund Reports

7. Approve the General Fund Non-Payroll Encumbrances for FY 26 # 373-396 ($17,789.60), the FY 26 Change Orders for General Fund ($5,198.74), the General Fund Payroll # 70000-70616 ($13,384,401.30), and the FY 26 Building Fund Non-Payroll # 18-21 ($16,181.73).

8. Discussion and possible action to approve the additions of the following Board Policies:

• CKAK- Behavioral Threat Assessment
• DOB- Due Process For Administrators
• BBF- Code of Ethics for Board Members
• GBA-Open Records Request
• GBA-E- Public Record Access Request Oklahoma Open Records Act
• BEC- Executive Sessions

9. Discussion and possible action to approve the District's Capacity of Students in each grade at each school site as presented.
