3.C. Jet A Fuel Prices 
Discussion:
There was discussion on the Jet A fuel prices and City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that keeping the prices at or below other airports. Ourada stated that he can't ask to approve a price because it changes with every load.

Discussion:
Ourada stated that the property is divided and there are two leases and a motion needs to be made on them separately.
