1. Call to order and recording of members present and absent

3. Proposed executive session for the purpose of confidential communications between
the Board of Education and its attorney(s) concerning Baker, et al. v. Independent
School District No. 51 of Grady County, et al., U.S.D.C. for the Western District of
Oklahoma, Case No. 21-CV-797-D, the Board having been advised by its attorney(s)
that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the Board of Education to proceed in
the public interest pursuant to OKLA. STAT. tit. 25, § 307 (B), (4) & (7).

4. Vote to convene in executive session.

5. Acknowledge return to open session.

6. Statement of Executive session minute.

7. Discussion, consideration, and vote to approve or disapprove a proposed settlement agreement concerning Baker, et al. v. Independent School District No. 51 of Grady County, et al., U.S.D.C for the Western District of Oklahoma, Case No. 21-CV-797-D.

8. Discussion and possible action regarding proposed executive session to discuss:
 

8.a. Employment, hiring, and/or resignations of individual salaried and/or hourly public officers and/or employees listed on Exhibit A.  Executive session authority: OKLA.  STAT. TIT. 25, 307(B)(1).

9. Acknowledge return to open session and Executive Session compliance statement.

10. Discussion and possible action regarding the hiring of the individual(s) listed in Exhibit A.
