1. Call meeting to order and recording of members present and absent

2. Proposed executive session for the purpose of confidential communications between the Board of Education and its attorneys concerning,
Baker, et al. v. Independent School District No. 51 of Grady County, et al., for the Western District of Oklahoma, Case No. 21-CV-797-D, the board having been advised by its attorneys that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the board to conduct the pending litigation and mediation/arbitration, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, & 307(B)(4). |
