H.3.a. Approval for Optimist Club of Mustang (Ray Meier) the use of Horizon Intermediate’s main gym for games for the 2015-16 basketball leagues. Saturdays 7:30 am - 9:00 pm and Sundays 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm beginning August 29th 2015 and ending March 13th 2016. They will also need the gym on Friday nights beginning November 1st 2015 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and ending on March 13th 2016.

H.3.b. Approval for Optimist Club of Mustang (Ray Meier) the use of Canyon Ridge Intermediate’s gymnasium for games for the 2015-16 basketball leagues. Friday nights 6:00 pm -9:00 pm, Saturdays 7:30 am - 9:00 pm and Sundays 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm beginning November 1st and ending March 13th 2016.

H.3.c. Approval for Optimist Club of Mustang (Ray Meier)the use of Creek, Valley, Trails and Centennial Elementary gymnasiums for practice for the 2015-16 basketball leagues. Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday beginning August 13th 2015 and ending March 4th 2016 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

H.3.d. Approval for OK Swish Basketball (Robert Foreman)the use of Lakehoma’s gym and Horizon's Auxiliary gym for practice for the 2015-16 basketball leagues. They will need the gym every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm beginning August 11th 2015 and ending May 26th 2016.

H.3.e. Approval for Optimist Club of Mustang (Ray Meier)the use of MMS and MNMS main gymnasiums for games for the 2015-16 basketball leagues. Saturdays 1:00 pm-9:00 pm and Sundays 1:00 - 5:00 pm beginning October 24th 2014 and ending on March 13th 2016. This will be on an as needed basis only for overflow games due to the number of teams involved or rescheduling.

H.4. Out-of-State or Overnight Travel:

H.4.a. Approval for twenty five (25) members of the Varsity softball team and three (3) sponsors to participate in the Broken Arrow Softball Tournament in Broken Arrow, OK on August 13-15, 2015.

H.4.b. Approval for the JROTC team and two sponsors to attend the Top of Texas Team Competition in Wichita Falls, TX on Saturday, October 3, 2015 and returning the same day.

H.4.c. Approval for HS Band Wind Ensemble students and sponsors to attend the Music for All National Festival in Indianapolis, IN from March 9-13, 2016.

H.5. Approval of open transfers for SY2015-2016:

Approval of recommendation for a 180 day school year, which includes two (2) parent teacher conference days and five(5)PD days, with the flexibility to exercise the 1080 hours calendar option in case of school closures due to inclement weather or other catastrophic circumstances for SY 2015-2016.

H.8. Approval of renewal of IEP Service Agreement with Putnam City Public Schools to serve students who are identified as deaf for the SY2015-2016.

H.9. Approval of renewal with Ellevation for SY2015-2016, in the amount of $2,750.00. This program serves as a administrative and data system for ELL student data. All costs of the service is paid out of Federal Funds #572

H.10. Approval of renewal with Edmentum Reading Eggs for SY2015-2016, this program serves as ELL Curriculum for students to learn English. All costs of this service is paid out of Federal Funds #572 in the amount of $2,880.00.

H.11. Approval of renewal of contract with Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education Programs for SY2015-2016.

H.12. Approval of renewal of contract with Imperial Vending for SY2015-2016.
