II. Vote to declare an emergency related to a faulty gas line as per the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act. This was a sudden and unexpected happening which could lead to damage or loss of life meeting the definition set by statute as an emergency.

III. Vote to authorize the superintendent, Eric Ward, to mitigate damage and begin the repair process in accordance with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act and the emergency requirements.
