1. Call to order and recording of members present and absent

2. Proposed executive session for the purpose of confidential communications between
the Board of Education and its attorney(s) concerning Baker, et al. v. Independent
School District No. 51 of Grady County, et al., U.S.D.C. for the Western District of
Oklahoma, Case No. 21-CV-797-D, the Board having been advised by its attorney(s)
that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the Board of Education to proceed in
the public interest pursuant to OKLA. STAT. tit. 25, § 307 (B), (4) & (7).

3. Vote to convene in executive session.

4. Acknowledge return to open session.

5. Statement of Executive session minute.

6. Discussion, consideration, and vote to approve or disapprove any tentative settlement
reached at the Settlement Conference concerning Baker, et al. v. Independent School
District No. 51 of Grady County, et al., U.S.D.C. for the Western District of
Oklahoma, Case No. 21-CV-797-D.

7. Discussion, consideration, and vote to make offer of judgment in the case of Baker, et
al. v. Independent School District No. 51 of Grady County, et al., U.S.D.C. for the
Western District of Oklahoma, Case No. 21-CV-797-D, and to direct the School
District’s attorneys to communicate such offer of judgment to the attorneys for the
plaintiffs.
