Consideration and approval to appoint a committee to develop a comprehensive District of Innovation Plan.

Consideration and approval to submit a General Staff Development Waiver to the Texas Education Agency for three days (420 minutes per day) of staff development in lieu of student instruction for the 2016-2017 school year.

|
Consideration and approval of E-Rate contract with Conterra for wide area network services.
|
|
Consideration and approval of E-Rate contract for Wireless Voice and Internet with AT&T.
|
|
Consideration and approval of the Acellus grant proposal in the amount not to exceed $133,526.

Presentation of the two final law firms with consideration and action to approve a law firm to serve as general counsel to the District
