The Board will adjourned into Closed Meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code, 551. to consider the following:

Discuss applications for superintendent position.

Discussion/Action on matters taken up in Closed Session and/on matters listed on Section 3, wether or not items listed therein were taken to Closed Session.

Approve the number of applicants to be interviewed.
