2. Board approval of treasurer’s report, encumbrances, change orders, payroll, Activity Fund accounts, and Activity Fund transfers and/or new sub-account (accounts) for the Activity Fund.

3. Board consideration and action on fundraisers and out of state trips, if presented.

4. Board consideration and action on any certified or non-certified resignations, or other personnel requests, if presented.

5. Discussion and possible vote to select Wilson, Dotson, and Associates as the school
district auditor for the fiscal year 2025 audit. |

Discussion and possible vote to approve the employment of John Hasler- Middle School Multi-Media Instructor, Austyn Walkingstick- Middle School Science, Jodi Doke Middle School-Assistant Principal, Crystal Alexander- Tiny Tigers Assistant, Mandy Erb- Elementary Special Education, Cassie Perkins-Elementary Special Education for the 2025-2026 school year. Teachers will be employed on a temporary contract.

12. Discussion and possible action to declare two ice machines as surplus property and sell them with a reserve minimum to the lowest bidder by sealed bids, which shall be due on June 19, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the Administration Building.
