1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Roll call of members.

3. Flag salute and Moment of Silence.
|
|
4. Proposed Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. §307(B)(7) to conduct a hearing on an appeal by a current Seminole School student, regarding "a prior year(s) home-schooled transcripted high school course credits"; to be conducted as follows:

|
4.A. The administration shall present its case, including presenting each of the members of the board with copies of the written summary provided to student; and
|
|
4.B. The student(or representative)shall present her case, including presenting each of the board members with a copy of a written response to the administration's summary document; and
|
|
4.C. Members of the board of education shall be afforded the opportunity to ask questions of either party.
|
|
4.D. Deliberations by board of education.
|
|
5. Return of the board to open session and the board president's executive session compliance statement.
|
|
6. Discussion and possible action by the Board to uphold, modify, or reverse "the prior year home-schooled transcripted high school course credits" per the appeal by the student.

7. ADJOURNMENT
