1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Roll call of members.

3. Flag salute, and Moment of Silence.
|
|
4. Board to consider, discuss, and take necessary action regarding the superintendent's recommendation for school make-up days per school days missed due to inclement weather during the 2024-2025 academic instructional year.
|
|
5. Proposed Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. §307 (B)(7) to conduct a hearing on an appeal by a current Seminole School student, regarding "a prior year transcripted grade" to be conducted as follows:
|
|
5.A. The administration shall present its case, including presenting each of the members of the board with copies of the written summary provided to the student; and
|
|
5.B. The student shall present her case, including presenting each of the board members with a copy of a written response to the administration's summary document; and
|
|
5.C. Members of the board of education shall be afforded the opportunity to ask questions of either party.
|
|
5.D. Deliberations by board of education.
|
|
6. Return of the board to open session and the board president's executive session compliance statement.
|
|
7. Discussion and possible action by Board to uphold, modify, or reverse the "prior year transcripted class grade" per the appeal by the student.
|
|
8. ADJOURNMENT.
