1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Roll call of members.

3. Flag salute and Moment of Silence.
|
|
4. Hearing of an appeal by a parent, regarding a “No Trespass Order” ban from school properties, dated September 10, 2023; to be conducted by the board of education as follows:
|
|
4.A. The administration shall present its case, including presenting each of the members of the board with copies of the written summary provided to complainant; and
|
|
4.B. The complainant shall present her case, including presenting each of the board members with a copy of a written response to the administration’s summary document; and
|
|
4.C. Members of the board of education shall be afforded the opportunity to ask questions of either party.
|
|
5. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS THE EVIDENCES AS PRESENTED BY ADMINISTRATION AND THE COMPLAINANT, ACCORDING TO 25 O.S. § 307 (B) (7):
|
|
5.A. Consider and take necessary action to convene or not convene in Executive Session.
|
|
6. Return of the board to open session and the board president’s executive session compliance statement.
|
|
7. Board to vote to uphold, modify, or reverse the “No Trespass Order” ban from school property for the complainant
|
|
8. ADJOURNMENT.
