Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how this is for JEO to do some on-site contracted administrative inspection and public engagement that was not part of their original agreement. It would be in the amount of $11,830.00.

Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, explained that the engineer suggested that the City could go out for bids at this time. It will be put in the Crete News on Friday, so it can be published next week with a 30-day advertising window.

City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how this would be to update the deposits, so the policy matches what is done in practice. City Attorney, Anna Burge, added that this will allow the changes to be the same across each department.
