3.A. Discuss Usage Agreement between Crete Public Schools and City of Crete 
Discussion:
Shaylene Smith explained the plan to add a swing set at Rotary park and a half-sized basketball court. City Administrator Tom Ourada explained that the City of Crete is reviewing the Usage Agreement that would between them and Crete Public Schools. Ourada asked if the committee was okay with the swing set and they stated they were.
