III.A. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Karpe gave the superintendent's report. He went over the utilities report. Mr. Karpe talked about the special bond meeting on October 10th. $720,000 will be available in November for use on transportation and the start-up process for multipurpose building and auditorium. The playground will begin construction summer 2025, the auditorium will begin remodeling in January 2025, and the multipurpose building should start summer 2025 and be completed by summer 2026. The budget for the project could increase due to the interest rates being lower. We will have another special meeting in January.

Discussion:
Johnathan Brown is upset with the school. He has contacted a lawyer and has requested a meeting. Mr. Karpe has contacted our lawyers and school personnel are gathering the required documentation for our lawyers. If and when a meeting takes place with Mr. Brown, the lawyers will be present.
