IV.A. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Mr. Chapman went over the membership report. He stated we plan to have more students on campus next school year because students will be required to be on campus to participate in extra-curricular activities. A virtual option will still be available. This is the third year to offer virtual here at Lindsay, and it is a great option for some students. Next month we will vote on a bond issue. Mr. Chapman went over the recommendations for the bond; five buses, an Ag pickup, suburban, new tech and STEM lab, and an upgrade to the Ag classrooms on campus. This bond will not increase taxes. We will hold a special board meeting on July 8th at 12:00 p.m. with J. C. Leonard to go over this in more detail. He also mentioned the Ag program just received a grant to update the plasma cutting machine. Mr. Chapman went over the transportation and utilities report.

IV.B. Principals' Reports

|
IV.B.1. Elementary
Discussion:
Titus Burrell gave the elementary report. He stated summer school went great and we had 50 students enrolled for elementary. New smart TVs are scheduled to be put in a few elementary classrooms.

IV.B.2. Middle School
Discussion:
Mr. Ferguson gave the middle school report. He stated summer school finished and it was a great success. Coaches are working hard this summer with camps and training. The coaches have implemented a conditioning program for all athletes. He is excited to see how the athletic program will benefit from this conditioning program.

IV.B.3. High School
Discussion:
Mr. Karpe gave the high school report. He stated summer school finished and students were able to recover some credits lost during the year. He praised the ag department and Mr. Rounsaville for all his hard work this year. Mr. Karpe is excited to see how the Ag program will grow in the next few years.
