I. Call meeting to order.
Discussion:
Meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m.

II. Roll call.

III. Board to discuss annual review of existing or consider and take action on the adoption of written policies and procedures for post-issuance compliance.
Discussion:
J. C. Leonard from McDonald and Associates was at the meeting. He explained the written policies and procedures were already in place, so no action was required on this agenda item.

IV. Board to discuss continuing disclosure obligations.
Discussion:
Mr. Leonard explained this agenda item is for educational purposes to let board members know when a bond issue is over a million dollars, continuing disclosure is required until the bond is paid. No action was required on this agenda item.

V. Board to receive bids for the $2,780,000 General Obligation Building Bonds of this school district and award bonds to the lowest bidder.

Discussion:
Three bids were received. Mr. Leonard read the information from each bid.

Board to consider and take action on a resolution providing for the issuance of General Obligation Building Bonds in the sum of $2,780,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; providing for levy of an annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on the same; and fixing other details of the issue.
