6. SUPERINTENDENT'S REPORT: JEFF THOMPSON
Discussion:
Mr. Thompson, Superintendent, gave report. Still no update on the walking trail.
All vehicles (buses) are back in service. |

7. PRINCIPAL'S REPORT- JEFF THOMPSON AND BRAD SHRYOCK
Discussion:
Mr. Thompson gave the elementary report. Enrollment 127.
The Cookie Dough Fundraiser, which is one of the main fundraisers, will be in November. 11-12-25 Miss Oklahoma Program, 11-14-25 5th grade DARE Graduation at 9:00 a.m. in Woodward,11-19-25 School Thanksgiving Lunch, 11-26 to 11-28-25 Thanksgiving Break. 12-2-25 3rd/4th/5th/6th grade basketball vs Ft. Supply at 4:30 p.m., 12-8-25 3rd/4th/ 5th/6th grade basketball at Ft. Supply at 4:30 p.m. 12-9-25 Elementary Christmas Program, 12-18-25 Last Day of Semester/ Movie Day and Early Release at 1:00 p.m., 12-22-25 thru 01-02-26 Christmas Break.01-05-26 No school-Professional Development, 1-6-26 First Day of 2nd Semester. Teacher Amazon Pages are still open and will be available all year. Students of the Month-October PreK-Jade Sharpton Kind-Treagyn Veach 1st-Angel Jaquez-Nunez 2nd-Austin Park 3rd-Trace Sharpton 4th-Ethan Belix 5th-Zyren Marin 6th-Kynlee James High School report was given by Principal, Brad Shryock. Enrollment is 83. The first JH basketball games are this week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Millie McIntyre placed 2nd at the Region 1 FCCLA Cake Decorating competition, Miss Oklahoma spoke to the 5th thru 12th grades today on bullying. She was amazing and really captivated the students. First round of football playoffs are at Ryan this Friday night, and everyone is excited. School will dismiss at 1:00 p.m. The first HS basketball game will be Monday the 17th if not playing football, Thanksgiving Break begins November 26th, and four day weeks begin after Thanksgiving Break. The JH and HS is starting their Student of the Month back up. Students of the Month for October- JH-Allie Morris HS Hunter Bellows Mr. Shryock also reported that there has been no students on the ineligible list. |

10. BOARD TO CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION
ON SHARON-MUTUAL PUBLIC SCHOOLS VIRTUAL INSTRUCTION PLAN.
Discussion:
In FY 2026 schools can still have virtual days. Starting FY 2027,
schools will only have 2 virtual days, and can only use them if the governor has called for a State of Emergency. If the school does not have the plan in place they cannot take the days even if the govenor calls a State of Emergency.

11. NEW BUSINESS
Discussion:
Tecia Spray gave update on the Bond issue. She reported that the website and
Facebook posts started November 1st, and there are signs available if anyone would like one. She stated they have not received any comments as of this time, and are trying to reach as many voters as possible. States she has good parents helping out. Eddie White, Board President, thanked Tecia, and all the other parents, for their hard work. |
