                                        6. SUPERINTENDENT'S REPORT: JEFF THOMPSON                 
        Discussion: 
Mr. Thompson presented the Superintendent's report.  He went over the Board Member Point Summary. Board Member, Dakota Lamberth, has 11 of the 12 original credits needed. He will need 27 total by the end of his 5 year term. Clerk, Daniel Lee, needs an additional 6 to make his total 27 credits. The District Meeting will be held November 6th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Waynoka Public Schools. Extra credits can be earned by attending. Mr. Thompson stated that Sharon- Mutual will be playing football at Balko that night, but if anyone is interested in going to the meeting to let him know. There is no new update on the walking trail. Still waiting on them to give a start date. A vehicle update was given. The activity bus has multiple issues going on with it, so it is in Oklahoma City getting repaired. Two of the Yellow Buses are having warranty issues. One of them is currently in Oklahoma City being worked on. | |

                                        7. PRINCIPAL'S REPORT- JEFF THOMPSON AND BRAD SHRYOCK                 
        Discussion: 
The Elementary Report was presented by Mr. Thompson.  Enrollment 126. The Fire Pit Fundraiser is still going on. The drawing will be held October 31st at halftime of the football game. The school's main fund raiser, Cookie Dough, will be in November. October 16th and 17th is Fall Break, October 27th, 30th, November 1st is Mooreland Basketball Tournament, October 31st and November 1st is the Sharon-Mutual Fair. November 3rd is Elementary Basketball at Taloga at 4:30 p.m., November 4th is the Veteran's Day Program at 6:30 p.m., and November 12th is the Miss Oklahoma Program. Teacher Amazon Pages are still open and will be available all year. Students of the Month- Pre-K - Marchi Perez Kind.- Paisely McKee 1st- Grayli White 2nd- Aubree Bosscawen 3rd- Halle Hammack 4th- Madison Walther 5th- Braxton Knapp 6th- Rylan Syms The High School Report was presented by Mr. Shryock. Enrollment 83. Down one from last month. Volleyball finished its season at Rejoice Christian last Thursday. The game prior was the last home game and was "Pink Out". It had a great crowd. The Jr. High Football team finished its season Monday night. They were 5-2 on the season. The High School Football team plays Kremlin at 1:00 p.m. Thursday October 16th. We are having to play at 1:00 p.m. due to getting officials. The BPA Fall Leadership is in Norman Monday October 20th, 8th grade tours at Vo-tech Wednesday October 22nd, and Jostens meets with sophomores Wednesday October 22nd. There will be no football game Friday October 24th due to Beaver not having enough players for a team. The Trophy Auction will be held Friday October 24th, at the Ag Farm, starting at 6:00 p.m. The Local Fair will be Friday October 31st, along with home Football game (Senior Night) vs Tyrone, and Trunk or Treat being held in the parking lot prior to the football game. The first basketball game will be November 11th. | |

        Discussion: 
Mrs. Syms reported that the elementary students will go to Kenny Farms Thursday October 30th, and Raelyn Syms will be representing Sharon-Mutual School in the Miss Cinderella Pageant October 23rd-25th. | |
