6. SUPERINTENDENT'S REPORT: JEFF THOMPSON
Discussion:
Mr. Thompson presented the Superintendent's report. He
stated the Maverick Pickup is in, and the activity bus will be in next week. Three of the school buses have door issues, and this is a nationwide problem. |

7. PRINCIPAL'S REPORT- JEFF THOMPSON AND BRAD SHRYOCK
Discussion:
Mr. Thompson presented the Elementary Report.
Current enrollment 131 students. Elementary/JH Football-October 15th vs Canton at home, October 20th vs Corn Bible at home. The Mini Cheer Clinic will be held Saturday October 26th. Veterans Day Program will be held November 5th with an Open House prior to program. September Students of the Month are: PK- Brynlee Bellows KDG- Grayli White 1st- Austin Parks 2nd- Kaylin Cole 3rd- Ana Marin 4th- KashLynn Bellows 5th- Christopher Turner and Kynlee James 6th-Prince Parada The High School report was presented by Mr. Brad Shryock. Enrollment is 87. Homecoming was held October 4th with Trinti Mabra being crowned as Homecoming Queen and Dakota Walker as Home- coming King. Members of the FFA participated in the NW Area Shooting Sports at Ft. Supply today, and Character Minutes were done. The JH Football team continues its success, now 4-0, with two games left. The HS Football game Thursday night against Timberlake will be "Official Appreciation Night". The Academic Team went one and one in recent match at Canton, Parent-Teacher Conference night had improved participation this year, the FCCLA took 40 members to Cherokee for Leadership Conference, and Rowdy Cole took place in Regional Greenhand Quiz at Shattuck. The JH Volleyball wrapped up their season with a 15-4 record while the HS Volleyball team finished regular season 18-13 record, and will play in Regionals tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. at Oklahoma Christian Academy. Looking ahead, Vici Band will be playing at the October 24th football game vs Beaver, Juniors will take the ASVAB test October 30th, and the OBI Blood Drive will be October 31st. |

Mr. Brad Shryock reported that the Vo-Tech will be used to make-up
credit for our students who lose credit due to health issues. |

14. NEW BUSINESS
Discussion:
Mr. Thompson reported to the board that he had been
approached by some ladies that are wanting to do some Bible Based character building. It will be grades 3-6, and they will rotate each week. The first week will be 3rd and 4th grade and the 2nd week 5th and 6th grade. The group will be called Elementary FCA, and they will meet before school. The board members discussed the issue and voted on it.
