6. SUPERINTENDENT'S REPORT: JEFF THOMPSON
Discussion:
Mr. Thompson gave a brief superintendent's report.
January 31, 2022, the OSSBA will come to do "Board Training" for all board members. It will take place at the school in Sharon, and will be at 6:30 pm. Each board member will receive 3 hours credit for attending. The gym a/c units completion date is set for January 14th. That means that the units will be totally put together and ready to ship. |

7. PRINCIPAL'S REPORT- JEFF THOMPSON AND TERRI HOPPER
Discussion:
Mr. Thompson reported that the elementary school has a total of
153 students Pre-K thru 8th, the 3rd and 4th grade boys and girls are participating in the "GREAT" program which will teach them to be "GREAT" in whatever they do. The boys met with WW County Deputies and Pastor Lee Shaddrick to talk about Respect, and the girls had a tea party and made hats with Joyce Hedges, Janet Fitz, and their teachers. Mrs. Robinson reported that both events went well, and now the boys want to have a tea party. Basketball games are as scheduled: January 14th-3rd/4th grade vs Mooreland, January 17th-5th/6th grade vs Mooreland, January 19th-5th/6th grade at Taloga at 12:30 p.m., January 27th-5th/6th grade at Buffalo, February 2nd-3rd/4th grade at Sharon at 12:30 p.m. Mr. Thompson will be broadcasting the January 19th and February 2nd games. The elementary students will be let out to attend the February 2nd game. He encouraged everyone to attend. Mrs. Hopper reported that the high school has 49 students, grades 9th thru 12th. The FFA Trophy Auction went very well, the S-M Jr. High tournament is going on this week, and the powerlifting team will be going to Snyder next week. |

8. LEADERSHIP TEAM REPORT:
Discussion:
Trisha Thompson reported that 4-H met today.
They went out to the garden area and looked around, she has talked with a lady that will do a photo workshop 1 time a month for those interested, and February 9th they are having a photo contest. |

9. Board to discuss and take action on approving Resolution regarding a lease
agreement with Stock Exchange Bank of Woodward for the purpose of purchasing land

10. Board to consider and take action on the FFA Snowball Semi-Formal, January 29,
2022, 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Discussion:
Lexi Robinson stood and explained to the board what they were wanting to do. They are
wanting to have a FFA Snowball as a fund raiser. It will be held from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. January 29th at the AG farm. It will be formal attire and $5.00 per person to get in.

Executive session was entered in to at 7:11 p.m. Those in attendance were Mr. Thompson,
Superintendent, Mrs. Hopper, HS Principal, Mandy Hedges, Board President, Levi Spencer. Board Vice-President, Brandon Spray, Board Clerk, and Neal Thompson, Board member.
