3. Board to take action on the employment of Stephen H. McDonald & Associates, Inc., as Financial Consultant to the School District.

4. Board to consider and take action on a resolution authorizing the calling and holding of a special election to be held in the School District to authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds.
Discussion:
Matt Richert with Stephen H. McDonald & Associates presented the resolution. He reported that Precinct #5 will be closed due to no voters, the bond will be a three year maturity bond for $700,000.00, maximum interest rate 10%, all monies will go to transportation vehicles for the school district.
