PURSUANT TO 25 O.S. SEC. 307(B)(1)(7), AND TO DISCUSS EMERGENCY OPERATING PLANS AND PROCEDURES FOR ASSESSMENTS OF VULNERABILITY AND SECURITY OF FACILITIES LISTED IN AGENDA ITEM 7.B.
