3. Consider and take necessary action regarding the resignation of board member, Linda Hampton, effective at the conclusion of the October 11, 2021 Regular Meeting of the Board.

4. Proposed executive session to discuss the appointment of an individual and/or interview candidates for vacant school board seat number two (2). 25 O.S. Section 307 (B) (1) and 70 O.S. Section 5-118.
