1. Call the Meeting to Order, recording of members present and absent, making of request that visitors silence their cell phones and that board members refrain from using their cell phones during the meeting.

President Tolson called the meeting to order. Board member attendance was taken. Also attending: Dr. Janet Neufeld, Supt., Sara Pitts, Minutes Clerk, Lauri Lee, HS Principal and Casey Hindman

2. Pledge of Allegiance, Salute to the Oklahoma Flag and Moment of Silence.
Rationale:
(I salute the flag of the State of Oklahoma. Its symbols of peace unite all people.)

President Tolson led the Pledge of Allegiance, Salute to the Oklahoma Flag and the Moment of Silence.

3. Appeal hearing for Mr. Hindman regarding the Superintendent's directive to leave District property and not return for six (6) months.
