(I salute the flag of the State of Oklahoma. Its symbols of peace unite all people.)

3. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss:
Rationale:
Personnel: Discuss a certified teacher, as authorized by Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307 (B)(1) and B(7), where disclosure of information would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law with no resulting vote to be made by the board.

5. Executive session compliance statement.

6. Presentation of Superintendent's Recommendation for the dismissal of Ann Grider; vote to schedule a meeting, time and place; and to direct that a copy of the Superintendent's Recommendation, along with a notice of due process rights, be mailed and/or hand-delivered to Ms. Grider.

7. Discussion and vote to accept or reject any resignations tendered since the posting of this Agenda.
