1. Call the meeting to order and record members present and absent.

2. Pledge of Allegiance, Salute to the Oklahoma Flag and Moment of Silence.

(I salute the flag of the State of Oklahoma. Its symbols of peace unite all people.)

3. Discussion and possible action to renovate football locker room, presented by Ladd Drummond or his designee.

4. Discussion and possible
action on entering into a license agreement with Ladd Drummond for the
construction and donation of a new boys & girls weight training facility.

5. Proposed Executive Session for the purpose of discussing hiring a football coach and special education teacher for the 2016-2017 school year, as authorized by Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes, §307(B)(1) and §307 (B)(7), where disclosure of information would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law.

6. Vote to convene in executive session.

7. Vote to acknowledge the board has returned to open session.
|

8. Executive session compliance statement.

9. Discussion and vote to accept or reject any resignations tendered since the posting of this agenda.
